Nampa outlines Eustic Road widening, new intersections and multiuse paths

She said the city and contractor will use a phased approach to keep at least one lane open in each direction during construction, and that contractors are working to avoid blocking business access; staff will follow up directly with Club Storage Condos about a concrete curb that owners said blocks their entry.
