The mayor told attendees that registration and program announcements will be posted on Clayparks.org, the city's Facebook page and on posted flyers at parks and schools. He urged coordinating with schools to place notices on ParentSquare/Peachjar so parents receive sign-up information directly. "Clayparks.org...We will be announcing it on our Clay Facebook page. It will be on our new website," the mayor said when describing outreach plans.
On event concessions, a resident asked if food trucks could operate at tournaments. The mayor said food trucks are permitted if they hold a food truck license, county health approvals and a city business license, and that both concession stands and food trucks could operate at tournaments. Speakers also noted plans for electronic signage at schools and the library to promote sign-ups.
