City to present Annual Housing Progress Report to council in April

Planning staff told the council on March 9 that the city’s Annual Housing Progress Report (APR) is in preparation and will be presented to the council in April. Rebecca said the APR will be slightly tardy relative to the April 1 state deadline but that the state accepts the usual timing of bringing the report to the April council meeting.
"I'm working on it's called the annual housing progress report. Right. APR for short. And I'm working on that, and I'm gonna bring it to council in April," Rebecca said, noting staff will track the filing with the state's timeline while presenting to the council at the regular April meeting.
