City reports Beach Road seawall work out to bid; bid opening set for March 19

Robert said the subcommittee will meet March 25 at 1 p.m. to review bid results and financials; if bids are competitive and within budget, staff aims to bring a contract award to the April council meeting. He also noted coordination needs with utility companies, neighbors and contractors and that the consent calendar included hiring a project management firm that previously led prior seawall work.
"It's a big project for Belvedere with a lot of coordination with utility companies, neighbors, and contractors," Robert said, describing the schedule from late spring through the summer and into early fall.
