Commission approves window replacement at 265 N. Moore (Oxford Square North) after recusal noted

Staff presented case 491 for the Growler tenant space at 265 North Moore Boulevard in Oxford Square North and described a proposal to replace an existing courtyard window with a fold-up window to serve a new restaurant and cocktail lounge. "The applicant has agreed to match the existing, window arrangement," the presenter said, describing wood-sash replacement windows in a 2-over-2 pattern and noting staff's recommendation for approval.
