Julia Moreno Fritz announced her resignation from the Ward 6 Neighborhood Advisory Board during the Aug. 3 meeting, saying she will be moving out of the ward and can no longer serve.
"I'm officially resigning from Ward 6 NAB. I'll be moving out of the ward, and I can no longer serve," she said, and thanked fellow board members and staff for the opportunity to serve.
Board members expressed appreciation for her service and noted the process for filling vacancies, including discussion with the council liaison about continued service if circumstances change. The resignation will be reflected in board records and follow the city's procedures for filling a vacancy.
