Board approves consent agenda: Mission project under budget and contract award for LR Green site work

Separately, the board approved an award to Losarti for construction services to redo the backfill behind the LR Green site so the district can build a large grass multiuse field, a covered hard court and a bathroom building. Staff said the project will be funded with Extended Learning Opportunity Program funds (referred to in the meeting as ELOP or "Explorer" funds). A motion to award the contract was made, seconded and passed by voice vote.
