A staff member delivered the maintenance report, saying routine work on parks and grounds is underway and listing recent tasks: shoulder mowing, cutting back overhanging trees and pressure-washing sidewalks and stone walls.
The staff member said playground equipment was reinstalled and requested volunteers for an informal meet-and-greet on Sept. 14 following a plant sale. The speaker also noted that a requested blower (or similar piece of equipment) could not be delivered until Dec. 22, leaving the association to manage with current tools until then.
Members asked clarification about the locations of tree trimming and how residents can report problem spots; the staff member directed people to contact Michael or the association office. The board thanked volunteers and urged residents to report issues for prioritized attention.
