The committee tabled Hallmark’s request for now after staff explained the firm’s historical bills mix taxes, penalties and interest and that HDL’s spreadsheet does not clearly separate those amounts. Chair (speaker 1) asked staff to reconcile the ledger lines and report back so waivers can be handled consistently and in line with the revised ordinance language.
