Roads and bridge staff updated the court on ongoing maintenance and equipment status across the county.
A county representative detailed work on County Roads 1136, 798, 2095, 22, 647, 1664, 732, 1345, 1839, 709, 852, 908, 629, 1441 and 2289, listing limestone application, ditch cleanup, tree trimming and finish work. Staff said a grapple truck and a Durapash truck were active in several areas.
"We have, exceeded 9 30 potholes in the last couple weeks after all the rains and everything else, and our Durapatcher is in the shop," Mason Zagarski said, noting the patcher would return to service when repaired. Staff also reported about 20% of the workforce was on vacation or sick, slowing response and patching operations.
The court accepted the operational update; no separate action was required.
