Commissioners approved the termination motion and directed staff to have the county attorney review options for recovering funds and completing the work.
Commission members discussed vendor debarment and placing the contractor on a nonperformance vendor list. The court approved the termination by voice vote and instructed staff to coordinate with legal counsel before pursuing additional remedies.
