County awards up to $10,000 for title work to support GLO acquisition projects

Grant manager Melanie Cooper said the award would expedite title work needed to acquire properties under GLO contract 24-065-146-F005 and move several COG MOD projects forward. "This is for the title work on the COG MOD project, so it will help us get to the acquisition and get to that a little bit sooner as we move forward," Cooper said.
The court approved awarding RFQ2026-001 to CLF Enterprises for title services not to exceed $10,000. Cooper said the work will support multiple acquisition efforts — including Ingleside On The Bay and various drainage projects — so construction can proceed once acquisitions are complete.
