Planning director introduces new staff; meetings to move to municipal court during renovations

Planning Director Kendra Wise introduced two staff changes and told commissioners the department will hold future meetings at the municipal court while current space is renovated.
Wise said, "Kendra Wise, planning director. It's my honor to introduce to y'all tonight, Reagan Osborne," and added that Osborne is joining from Westminster, South Carolina and will replace Alexis Kaiser as special projects manager. She also introduced John Farrell as returning Planner II, noting he completed a graduate degree in December and "you'll be seeing him at every meeting."
Wise told the commission that, as the municipal complex undergoes renovation, meetings "subsequently for the rest of the year over at the municipal court," and she referenced March dates while apologizing for any confusion about the start date. The chair welcomed the new staff and the commission adjourned without public comment.
