"The current rent is $29,315.94," Lindahl said during the public hearing. The agreement also adjusts co‑location revenue sharing and standardizes fees for existing carriers.
No members of the public spoke on the item; the council adopted the resolution on a 7‑0 roll call. City staff said the revision updates the license to current market formats and provides clearer insurance and revenue‑sharing terms.
