Board member Blair Halverson moved to adjourn the Local Building Authority meeting and reconvene the City Council meeting at 6:23 p.m. Board member Angie Petty seconded the motion; President Rod Westbroek called for a roll-call vote. Board Members Jeremy Davis, Joel Dills, Blair Halverson, Angie Petty, Rod Westbroek and Wayne Winsor voted aye and the motion carried.
The meeting record shows the formal adjournment and a notation that the minutes were subsequently approved on 07-08-2025 with Mayor (President) Rod Westbroek and City Recorder Lisa Smith listed on the approval line.
