Staff said the requested transfer totaled $464,009.50 and that the transfer is within the fund’s allowable transfer limit (15% of the fund appropriation, not 15% of contingency, the presenter clarified).
A motion to adopt Resolution 1174 was made and seconded; council members present recorded affirmative votes and the motion passed. The consent agenda earlier that evening also passed and included Resolution 1173, a financing contract to purchase a tractor truck.
