City to adopt Time Clock Plus for payroll; integration and testing planned

He estimated the implementation is about six weeks away and described a cautious approach: staff intend to run parallel payrolls for multiple cycles to ensure accuracy before fully switching.
Staff flagged the fire department as a complex use-case and said they are testing integration and pay rules with department leaders. The approach includes administrator training and duplicate checks over two payroll cycles to confirm correct data transfer.
