Councilman Wayne Winsor moved to approve the package and Councilman Blair Halverson seconded; Council Members Jeremy Davis, Joel Dills, Blair Halverson, Angie Petty and Wayne Winsor voted aye and the motion carried.
The vote cleared routine administrative items so council members could move to scheduled public hearings and resolutions on the agenda. No member requested roll-back of any consent item during the meeting.
