Planning Commission continues Willards Farm subdivision to next meeting

"We noticed it for public hearing ... a couple of days ago they let me know they were not going to be ready," staff said, explaining the timing left insufficient opportunity to re-notice neighbors. Chair Park moved to continue the item and Commissioner Matheson seconded. The commission voted unanimously to continue PLZ 20 Five-one-Thousand And 6 to the next scheduled planning commission meeting.
The action is procedural: no substantive discussion of the subdivision merits occurred and no public testimony was taken on the record for this application. The continuance preserves notice to neighbors while giving the applicant time to resolve outstanding issues with staff and the county.
