On Lou Health Park, Eller said the rec center—s asbestos abatement "is expected to be completed by, this Friday this week," after which interior salvage of structural members and some flooring will begin; the abatement area is sealed and being protected. Eller also described playground installations, rubber surfacing schedule and the need for utilities coordination on trail work.
