The clerk read multiple consent items including sponsorship requests, appointments to boards and commissions, a construction contract for wayfinding signs, and amendments to service agreements for HVAC and other maintenance. Council member Kim moved to approve the consent agenda as amended; the motion passed on a roll-call vote of 8–1 with one excused absence.
Council also noted that two consent items were pulled for separate consideration; the chair then moved to the pulled items later in the agenda. The financing transfer will allow staff to proceed with planned capital work on the Landmark Drive and Chambers Road projects, as listed in the ordinance text read into the record.
