Department heads raised concerns about parking, fire access and pedestrian travel associated with The Grange event and suggested the Grange contact KES to discuss using the school parking lot. All motions passed unanimously. The board noted the elevator ten‑year maintenance quote of $12,500 and agreed to research whether that work must be done this year given the default budget constraints.
