Vice-Chairman Ben Amerson moved to approve staff recommendations on the listed digest change requests and Member Gary Griswell seconded; the minutes record votes in favor by Chair Johnny McBurrows, Vice-Chairman Ben Amerson, Members Gary Spinks, Lydia Rollins and Gary Griswell. The board directed staff to update the digest records to reflect the approved E&R/NOD entries.
