On Jan. 27 the American Fork City Council voted unanimously to enter a closed session to discuss the purchase and/or sale of real property under Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205. The motion was made by Council Member Ryan Hunter and seconded by Council Member Tim Holley.
The closed session began at 7:46 p.m. and included Mayor Bradley J. Frost, Council Members Holley, Hunter, John and Taylor, City Administrator David Bunker and City Civil Attorney Heather Schriever. Per the record, the sale and/or purchase discussion was audio recorded as required by law. The council returned to the regular session and adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
