Committee extends Sinclair Pharmacy contract for jail medications; approves Livescan maintenance contract
Summary
Wyoming County extended Sinclair Pharmacy's jail pharmaceutical contract through March 31, 2027 and approved a Livescan maintenance contract with Idemia Identity & Security not to exceed $4,344.
The committee recorded that the county hospital pharmacy (WCCH) is not ready to cover jail pharmaceutical needs and authorized an extension of the current contract with Sinclair Pharmacy, 75 N. Main St., Warsaw, NY, to provide inmate pharmaceutical services from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 (MUNIS CHANGE ORDER #1149). Motion by Klein carried 7–0.
Separately, the committee authorized the chairman to sign a professional services contract with Idemia Identity & Security of Bedford, MA, to provide maintenance for Livescan equipment in an amount not to exceed $4,344.00, effective March 22, 2026 through March 21, 2027 (MUNIS CONTRACT #3535). Motion by Berwanger carried 7–0.
