Commission defers Thompson Brook invasives work pending clear plan, agrees to begin easement monitoring

On wetlands review, Jean recommended using existing regulatory language from the zoning manual as the basis for a wetlands-review form rather than drafting new questions without clear lines of communication in the application process.
The commission discussed staffing and membership as relevant to strategic planning, and expressed a desire to wait for full membership (including absent members Chip Hussey and Alice Passer) before resuming comprehensive planning.
