The Town of Ballston Town Board opened and closed a public hearing on July 14, 2026 regarding proposed Local Law 2 of 2026, an amendment to the Eastline Commons Planning Unit Development District.
Supervisor John Antoski opened the hearing on a motion by Councilman Rob Fendrick, seconded by Councilman Michael Carota; all Board members voted in favor. After public comment and a response from the applicant's attorney, the hearing was closed on a motion by Councilman Michael Carota, seconded by Councilwoman Kelly Jasinski, again with a unanimous vote.
Town Clerk Carol Gumienny read the public notice at the start of the hearing, citing Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York and stating that the proposed Local Law could be viewed on the Town website or in the Clerk's office. For the record the Clerk stated that no written correspondence had been received prior to the hearing.
