The motion to approve Solina was seconded and carried with a recorded vote of Ayes: 201, Noes: 0. The minutes record the motion and unanimous approval.
Earlier in the meeting Judge Kibler administered the Oath of Office to newly elected County Clerk Gina Skidmore, and later to Coroners William Lampke and Mike Smith. The swearing-in ceremonies were recorded in the minutes as part of the formal organization of county officers for 2026.
