Highlights: approval of Dec. 22, 2025 minutes with an added clarification on the Cat Policy; approval of budget transfers totaling $7,826.00 and multiple cash transfers among county funds; approval of bills totaling $747,492.62; reappointment of Harold McKinney to the Parksville Water District (term ending Jan. 13, 2030) and reappointment of Agnes Bartleson to the Board of Health (term ending Jan. 13, 2030).
Additional approvals included the MOU with the Administrative Office of the Courts for a proposed Judicial Center, purchase of a 6500 Dodge Ram for $87,134.00, approval of the EMS Committee meeting report, and permission to launch Pine Knob Trail Facebook and Instagram pages. The Court entered executive session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f) and later returned to open session with no action taken. Nearly all motions recorded in the minutes passed "with all magistrates voting in favor."
