County Treasurer Shannon Greene presented budget transfers totaling $7,826.00, which the court approved unanimously after a motion by Magistrate Jamey Gay and second by Magistrate Steve Sleeper.
Greene also presented cash transfers: $266,679.05 from the Occupational Tax to the General Fund; $75,000.00 from the General Fund to the Road Fund; $200,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail Fund; $125,000.00 from the General Fund to the EMS Fund; and $16,606.60 from the Opioid Fund to the EMS Fund. Magistrate Jason Cullen moved approval and Magistrate Jamey Gay seconded; the motion passed with all magistrates voting in favor. Finance Officer Elaina Plyman presented bills totaling $737,654.19 plus an additional Enterprise bill of $9,838.43 (total $747,492.62); that motion passed unanimously. County Clerk Casey McCoy presented the Clerk’s 2026 budget and a $796,000 salary cap; both were approved by the Court.
