Council approves liquor licenses for Enrique’s and The Pizza Arcade after late filings

The Prescott City Council held a supplemental public hearing July 13 to consider late-filed liquor license applications for Enrique’s and The Pizza Arcade. City Administrator Matt Wolf told the council that background checks for both applicants were complete and showed no issues; no members of the public spoke during the hearing.
Councilmembers voted by roll call to exit the public hearing and then approved the licenses for the 2026–2027 licensing year. The roll-call on the final approval recorded votes of Ruona, Otwell, Hintz and Sorenson in favor; the motion passed without a negative voice vote. The licenses cover the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
