Forebay Committee elects Kevin Crook chair; Matthew Earlywine vice-chair, Bridgette Cheever secretary

The Payson Forebay Committee reorganized its leadership on Jan. 20, electing Kevin Crook as chair, Matthew Earlywine as vice-chair and Bridgette Cheever as secretary. Art Troyer moved to nominate Kevin Crook as chair; the motion was seconded by Kris Johnson and passed with a unanimous roll call among members present.
The committee reviewed Payson City code on committee duties and voting before the ballots. The leadership votes were held at the start of the meeting; those voting yes on the chair nomination were Kevin Crook, Lindsay Fillerup, Art Troyer, Matthew Earlywine, Kris Johnson, Bridgette Cheever and Councilmember Ryan Rowley. The newly elected officers will steer committee agendas and subcommittee assignments for 2026.
