Lee proposed setting aside $100,000 for the Indian Lane Creek wall replacement and another $100,000 for stormwater-related maintenance, citing a failing 48-inch corrugated metal culvert under Indian Lane that should be replaced with reinforced concrete pipe and repaired wing walls within about 60–90 days. She also noted that $412,000 originally budgeted for a trail remains encumbered and that funds could be reprogrammed if the Council so directs. Finance staff and Treasurer Nick Holmes discussed aligning equipment reserves with replacement costs rather than installation costs. No formal vote on programming was taken; staff sought consensus to return with more detailed schedules and potential bid estimates.
