Summary
At the Sept. 19 special meeting the council moved and seconded a resolution recommending appointment of the finance candidate and voted unanimously; the council then moved to adjourn.
The council president moved a resolution recommending that the candidate be appointed to the position described in the resolution as assistant director of finance; the motion was seconded and, following no further discussion, the council voted unanimously to approve the recommendation. The Chair declared the matter passed unanimously and congratulated the candidate.
Immediately after the vote the Chair entertained a motion to adjourn. The motion passed by voice vote and the meeting was adjourned.
