The development review committee recommended approval with a condition: prior to certificate of occupancy the applicant must provide a signed tenant/landlord solid‑waste verification form to the Public Health and Environmental Quality Department, showing permission to use the city's solid‑waste provider and provision of a minimum 2‑cubic‑yard dumpster. Staff reported zero support and zero opposition letters on the notice list for this site. No formal action was taken during the staff briefing; the applicant will present at the regular meeting public hearing.
