The Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the draft and recommended approval; the Town Attorney suggested changing the legal instrument language from "Gift of Deed" to "Gift Affidavit." Councilmember Pat Campbell moved to adopt the resolution and the council voted unanimously to approve it.
