The chair reminded members that two advisory board terms (Tanya and Kyle) are scheduled to expire in June and encouraged community members to apply for open positions through the city website.
"There are 2 positions that potentially could be available, as early as June," the chair said, asking members to alert interested residents to the application process. Board members confirmed the application is available on the city website and suggested contacting Kristen Phillips for help locating the form.
The chair proposed postponing the election of officer positions (chair and co‑chair) until May to confirm whether an annual election is required under operating procedures; the board agreed to delay the vote and to approve minutes at the May meeting. Members also discussed attendance at upcoming mandatory and optional sessions and confirmed the next advisory meeting for May 4.
