Hutto library reports growth in programs and wins state award; three new hires announced

The chair said these hires strengthen community programming and resource matching. The library was notified it won an Achievement in Excellence award from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association (TMLDA), and staff will be recognized at an employee meeting.
Board members asked about comparative year‑over‑year figures and requested future reports include trend comparisons; staff indicated they will provide additional context when available.
