Council approves annexation, development agreement for commercial project at SH 130/79

Council approved annexation, development agreement and municipal services agreement for a 13–14 acre commercial project (Endeavor Real Retail) on the northeast corner of SH 130 and SH 79 that includes a signed Sprouts lease and multi‑pad retail. Amanda Brown of HT Brown Consulting and Adam Zemmel of Endeavor Real Estate Group presented the annexation and development agreement for a roughly 13–14 acre retail project at the northeast corner of SH 130 and SH 79.
"The site is located at, the Northeast Corner Of 130 And 79," Amanda Brown said, and the project team described concept plans that include retail pads fronting SH 130, three multi‑tenant buildings and an anchor grocer with a signed lease from Sprouts. Council voted to approve resolution R‑2026‑013, the municipal service agreement and ordinance O‑2026‑002 for annexation; the vote for the ordinance was recorded 7–0.
