Susan Lyons told the commission that the Knight columbarium was delivered and set in the Village Cemetery on Monday, Oct. 20 and that "the cremains were sealed at Joe’s Custom Mfg. So this is all completed." Commissioners also addressed maintenance issues: Lyons reported a sunken stone in Village and a woodchuck hole with a sinking grass marker in East Hill, which she flagged for safety and asked that it be raised. Lyons and Clarence repaired one woodchuck hole in Village, and Matt Walker volunteered to inspect the East Hill marker.
On signage, Matt Couillard said he had retrieved the knocked-down West Hill Cemetery road sign and placed it in the Village Cemetery shed; Daphne Herwig noted the sign had a reflective arrow. Commissioners discussed whether Jackie H. or the town should order a replacement and whether the town would cover the expense.
