The Williamstown Cemetery Commission voted to accept Hill House Estates, LLC’s contract for grounds services in 2026, with commissioners signing the paper copy for delivery to the contractor at the November meeting. "I’ll make the Motion that we accept Joe’s Contract – Hill House Estates, LLC – for the year 2026 in the amount of $41,000," said Susan Lyons; Matt Walker seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners present signed the agreement because all members were at the Oct. 23 meeting; the signed contract will be given to Joe at the Nov. 20 meeting. The acceptance was recorded after routine budget and warrant review earlier in the session.
