"I’ll make the Motion that we accept Joe’s Contract – Hill House Estates, LLC – for the year 2026 in the amount of $41,000," said Susan Lyons; Matt Walker seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners present signed the agreement because all members were at the Oct. 23 meeting; the signed contract will be given to Joe at the Nov. 20 meeting. The acceptance was recorded after routine budget and warrant review earlier in the session.
