Clerk (S2) introduced 76 Southwest 8th Street; Staff member (S4) reported that the occupant—identified in the transcript as Christy Royal—has returned to town and said she will remodel the house and keep it mowed. "She's gonna remodel the house, and she's been keeping it modeled so far," Staff member (S4) said.
Staff member (S5) responded that the property has liens that may not yet be paid and that Claudia was working to resolve them; because the liens remain unresolved staff recommended the board keep the property on the agenda until the lien situation is clarified.
