India moved to approve the minutes and Kyle seconded; the chair agreed to add Anne's name to the record so her attendance would be properly accounted for.
"So we will amend the minutes to add Anne's name, to the roll call to ensure that she is properly accounted for," the chair said, announcing the correction and moving the minutes forward. The task force proceeded to the rest of its agenda after the amendment was accepted.
