The committee adopted a revised Kaliseum fee schedule with multiple changes: gym fees were replaced with a proposed schedule (page 8B), the golf simulator rate was increased to $30 per hour, batting cages were raised from $10 to $12 per hour, Group rates increased from $50 to $60, and Civic Center rental was set at $300 per day. Commissioners approved the schedule by consensus (motion moved by David Comai, supported by Scott Matley).
Administrator Whiteford noted Ice Arena fees and Pickleball fees will be reviewed in future seasons (Ice Arena for next season; Pickleball in Spring 2026). The committee also discussed monitoring time limits for paid space and auditing product sales at the Kaliseum to ensure fee compliance.
