Environmental Advisory Council confirms Route 926 cleanup date, plans composting outreach

Douglas said the EAC discussed a road-salt pollution workshop, TreeCare sessions and confirmed their Route 926 roadside cleanup: "We confirmed our plan for the Route 926 roadside cleanup effort, and everything's in place for that. So that will take place on 09/26." He also said the council hopes to gather information on the Malcolm Burrow Community Composting project and mentioned preparations for the council's preliminary budget and a planned speaker on a certification program next year.
The board acknowledged the report; no formal action was required beyond publicizing volunteer opportunities and event logistics.
