He also said commissioners are reviewing conservation-design ordinances and examples from neighboring jurisdictions to inform future recommendations; because the commission did not have full membership present, further discussion and a vote were deferred.
The board received the report and had no substantive questions; staff and commissioners said they will continue work and return with refined ordinance language for consideration.
