The Board also recorded that Manager Lovas will contact Neil Breidenbach to remind him to obtain consent from the Buxton Township Board of Township Supervisors and from landowners along the project's course for Surface Drain Permit No. 6710; the board will keep the matter on future agendas to monitor compliance with permit conditions. There was no update on the Koenig lawsuit.
Secretary-Treasurer Jessica Spaeth reported a phantom parcel in the Viking‑Lindaas Drain No. 44 assessment district resulting from a 2023 split. Manager Andy Neset moved to abate $252.23 for William Brunsdale Living Trust, parcel #17-0000-02730-002; Manager Joel Halvorson seconded the motion and, upon roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
