Developer Bradley Harrell described a phased development for Zion Toquerville Storage and said the first phase would be limited in traffic impact. Attorney Kayla Gothard reviewed permitted uses in the Highway Commercial zone.
The council approved the Conditional Use Permit application with a condition permitting a 24-hour on-site security residence and restricting the use to the nine-acre area shown on project materials. Councilman Joey Campbell moved to approve; Councilwoman Jenny Chamberlain seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
