After the closed session the Board certified that only matters identified in the motion were discussed; the certification recorded AYES from Mr. Chavis, Mr. Lee, Mr. Dooley, Dr. Moore and Mrs. Ebron-Bonner. The meeting was later adjourned at 7:00 PM on a motion by Mr. Chavis, seconded by Mr. Dooley; the minutes record AYES from all five supervisors listed.
